Cortland County SWCD Board of Directors’ Meetings are normally held at 100 Grange Place, Cortland, NY 13045 on the second Tuesday of every month at 1:00 P.M.

These are in-person meetings in the NYS Grange Auditorium. Please follow current mask and social distancing recommendations.

Our board of directors, consisting of five members, is appointed by the county legislature. This board consists of two members of the legislature and three persons not members of the legislature, two of whom shall be practical farmers. One of these farmers is appointed from a list submitted by a county grange and the other is appointed from a list submitted by the county farm bureau. The fifth member is appointed from the county at-large and shall represent the urban, suburban and rural non-farm landownership interests.
